Top Croppers 2009-10 Terms and Conditions
- Registration of new Top Croppers members closes on 30 November 2009. All new
registrations must be received prior to this date to be eligible for 2009-10 Top
Croppers rewards program.
- All claims must be verified by proof of purchase (copies of invoices are
required if a Retailer does not upload electronically).
- The purchase of products listed in the Qualifying Products table made between 1
July 2009 and 30 June 2010 are eligible for Rewards Points. Participants must
send in their manual Claim Form and invoices by 31 July 2010 and/or claim online
by the advertised date.
- Reward Points may only be redeemed by the registered Top Croppers member and are
not transferable.
- Rewards can only be redeemed during the Redemption Period from 1 July - 13
August 2010.
- Rewards Points are earned for purchases made within the specified Purchase
Period (1 July 2009 – 30 June 2010) and are not valid after the period’s closing
date. Reward Points not redeemed via the Claim Form by 31 July 2010 or online by
the advertised date will not be carried forward into the following year’s
program. Reward Points may not be converted to cash and no cash payments will be
given for any unused Reward Points.
- A minimum of 2000 points must be earned during the Purchase Period to be
eligible to redeem rewards during the relevant year’s Redemption Period.
- Only purchases of products listed as Nufarm Qualifying Products are eligible to
earn Reward Points. Reward Points cannot be earned on purchases of any other
Nufarm product.
- Product returns result in negative points. Product purchased in one program year
but returned in the following year will have negative points allocated to the
member’s account at the current program’s points value.
- Nufarm accepts no responsibility for any error or omission within the Rewards
Catalogue. Nufarm will endeavour to ensure the availability of all Rewards
except where the occasion arises to make an item(s) unavailable, in which case a
satisfactory alternative will be supplied. Rewards pictured in the Rewards
Catalogue may vary slightly from those received.
- The market value of the rewards received or redeemed may be included in your
personal income tax return, as assessable income. It is important to note,
however, that this is a guide only. Nufarm Australia Limited does not take any
responsibility for the correct completion of your tax return. If you are in
doubt, we strongly recommend that you seek professional tax advice.
- Rewards cannot be delivered outside Australia. Rewards will be delivered to the
member’s Preferred Retailer, nominated at the time of Reward Redemption.
- In the event of a registered member having a discrepancy with their claim after
their Rewards have been despatched, Top Croppers will accept no responsibility
unless a written claim is received with supporting information.
- All Reward Points are awarded at the discretion of Nufarm and in the event of a
dispute; Nufarm reserves the right to determine the final allocation of Reward
Points.
- Nufarm is not the manufacturer or supplier of Rewards featured within the
Rewards Catalogue and subject to any rights you may have at law, is not liable
for any deficiencies or failure of such Rewards. Nufarm does not provide any
warranty or after sales service in respect of Rewards and the normal
manufacturer’s warranty will apply to Rewards provided. All label and
performance claims are those of the manufacturer or supplier of the relevant
Reward, and any claims in respect of the Reward must be made with the
manufacturer or supplier concerned.
- Nufarm does not accept liability for any damage to persons or property
whatsoever caused by or in relation to Rewards redeemed by Top Croppers members.
- Nufarm will not disclose personal information collected from Top Croppers
members as part of the program’s operation, except where necessary for the
administration of the program, for contracted program service providers or under
provision of the Privacy Act.
- Top Croppers members acknowledge their consent to Nufarm receiving, storing and
using qualifying purchase transaction data, including personal information, for
the purpose of their program membership, in accordance with Nufarm’s Privacy
Policy.
- All reasonable care is taken to ensure accuracy and secure storage of data.
However, Nufarm will not be liable for any account errors that result from error
or delay in recording your transaction data that result from errors, omissions
or disruptions of our data management systems.
- Members acknowledge Nufarm may use data to fully manage their involvement in the
Top Croppers program, provide them with relevant information about products or
services, undertake marketing and research activities, provide communications,
in addition to uses permitted under Nufarm’s Privacy Policy.
- Top Croppers members may retire from the program at any time by contacting
Nufarm on 1300 557 478 or online.
- Should a member’s participation in the Top Croppers program cease, Nufarm may
continue to use any data obtained whilst the member was an active member, in
accord with our Privacy Policy.
