Top Croppers started in 1994 with just a few qualifying products. Since then, the program has grown to include over 40 Nufarm products, with an ever evolving selection of rewards to keep pace with the needs of today’s farmers.

With the continued expansion of the program and improvements to internet services in rural areas, there have been significant changes to how our members participate in Top Croppers.

In summary, participation involves a few easy steps:

1. Visit Become a member to join Top Croppers if you aren’t already registered (you only need to do this once)
   
   
2. Earn Top Croppers points by purchasing Nufarm Qualifying Products between 1 July and 30 June each year
   
   
3. Points can be claimed easily online if your Retailer provides your proof of purchase information electronically – see the Newsroom for a list of participating stores.
   
   
4. Alternatively, you can send your proof of purchase manually using the Claim Form we provide
   
   
5. Redeem your rewards online by selecting from our huge Rewards Range or by making your choice on the Claim Form
   
   
6. Collect your rewards from your chosen Preferred Retailer close to Christmas

There are five different ways to claim points and redeem rewards, depending on where you buy your qualifying products and how you prefer to be involved.

Electronic proof of purchase uploading – reduce or eliminate the need for paperwork

The Top Croppers team recognise that most people don’t enjoy paperwork! With this in mind we have been working toward receiving more of your proof of purchase information directly from your Retailers in an electronic format.

This means that many members will have some, if not all, of their points information uploaded into the Top Croppers system automatically, and won’t have to complete as much paperwork as in previous years. If all your information is uploaded to Top Croppers, then no manual paperwork is required.  You can go online and redeem your rewards – easy as!

However, not all of your purchase information may be available electronically so there are a couple of things to keep in mind:

• Some Retailers can only provide us with sales information for Top Croppers members that have selected that business as their Preferred Retailer
  
  
• Some Retailers are physically unable to provide the information electronically at this stage
  
  
• We may have your sales information but can’t link it to your account as the trading name may be different for your Top Croppers membership than at your local Retailer. In some cases, providing us with your relevant Retailer account number(s) can help solve these issues.
  
  

The Newsroom has a list of which Retailers are providing electronic uploads. If your Retailer is uploading electronically, we will also let you know at the Newsroom when your proof of purchase information is available.
