Q: Can I participate in both Top Croppers and Landmark Rewards programs?

A:  Yes you can. However, you can only earn points on qualifying Top Croppers products purchased in a Landmark store in one of the programs. Qualifying product purchased at any other distribution store will always earn you points in Top Croppers.

 

Q: Are qualifying products the same in both Top Croppers and Landmark Rewards?

A: All Top Croppers Nufarm qualifying products are also Landmark Rewards qualifying products when purchased at a Landmark store.

 

Q: How do I register to be part of the 2009-10 Top Croppers program?

A: It is too late to register for the 2009-10 program. However you can register to become a Top Croppers member for next year by clicking here or using the link on the Home Page to join.

 

Q: What are the start and finish dates for accumulating points in the 2010 program?

A: Points can be accumulated on purchases made from 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010.

 

Q: Can I accumulate points for purchases if I have bought from more than one retailer?

A: Yes you can earn points on qualifying products purchased from any number of retailers. However, you will need to nominate one Preferred Retailer for delivery of your rewards.

 

Q: How do I know if my retailer uploads my purchases electronically?

A: Our website will contain a list of the retailers who have agreed to upload details directly to us. However some retailers will only send us your purchase information if you have them nominated as your Preferred Retailer. You can check this by contacting the retailer or by calling our customer service line on 1300 557 478.

 

Q: What do I do if I have one retailer who uploads my purchases but one who does not?

A: You will need to send us copies of your invoices by 30 July 2010 from the retailer who does not upload to us directly. The Top Croppers team will add these to your account along with any purchase records which have been electronically sent to us by another retailer.

 

Q: Is it okay if I just send photocopies of my invoices?

A: Yes, copies are fine.

 

Q: Is it okay if I send a statement of my purchases from my retailer?

A: Yes, this is fine as long as the statement is printed on the retailer's letterhead.

 

Q: Why do I need to provide copies of my invoices?

A: Top Croppers need to verify that Nufarm qualifying product has been purchased in the qualifying time period for auditing purposes.  Only invoices and/or a statement from your Retailer can properly verify this information.

 

Q: How do I change my Preferred Retailer?

A: You can change your Preferred Retailer by logging into the Top Croppers website, and clicking on the ‘MY PROFILE’ section. Then click on the ‘Preferred Retailer’ button to view your current Preferred Retailer. If you wish to change, you can click the ‘Change Preferred Retailer’ button below, and search for your retailer by typing in its name or postcode.
If you are having difficulty finding your retailer, please enter its postcode only. Alternatively you can contact us directly by phone, or you can request to change your Preferred Retailer via email.

Please note: Changing your Preferred Retailer mid-year does not guarantee that your retailer will automatically electronically upload your information to us.

Q: How many points do I need to earn in order to redeem rewards?

A: 2000 points.
